Christian Living - The Homestead Schoolhouse

We want to create an environment that will encourage each student to strive to achieve the following goals in their Christian living:

Possess a commitment to follow God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength
To truly love their neighbor as they would love themselves
Demonstrate knowledge of many of the main Bible stories
Embrace an understanding of our doctrine as outlined in our Statement of Faith
Memorize many passages of scripture each year
Display learned godly character qualities in everyday life

It is also our desire to create circumstances and experiences that would develop strong leaders. With God’s help, we believe that, in the years to come, our local churches could be filled with our graduates. These graduates would be equipped to lead as pastors, Sunday school teachers, song leaders, instrumentalists, and other lay people who carry a burden for the lost and keep the churches going.
